Suggested writing

The most vital decision I have made was when I was at grade eleven: either studying at home, or studying abroad. Obviously, studying abroad provides so many precious opportunities, not only the best education standard, but also the high employment rate. However, the drawback is that I will study in a completely new country that is totally different. Novel situations might occur that I have never encountered before. It is very risky to study in a distant continent. At the end, I chose to stay in Vietnam, partly because of my family. Here, I still have a chance to meet new friends that share the same culture, and another crucial reason is because of the amount of money I can save from not studying abroad. So far, It is not necessarily the best choice, but the most practical one. I am reasonably content with it
