Doing sports helps the body produce happy chemicals that make the exercisers reduce the worries. Moreover, many sports can teach us how to improve team spirit and work in groups, such as how to communicate with our teammates, and show them how active and creative they are. To sum up, playing sports enables us to have good body-building, keep fit and brings many benefits to have a healthier and happier life.
