Playing sports is very good for our health, especially when it comes to young children and elderly people. First and foremost, playing sports is necessary for everyone to reserve a good health. It is proven by scientists that doing exercises or playing sports regularly helps people stay in a good shape and avoid some health problems such as heart attack or blood pressure. Moreover, this activity is known as a way to develop various social skills. When we join a game or practise with our teammates, we will learn how to interact with other people as well as promote our teamwork spirit and game strategies. Besides, not only does practising sports help to avoid a number of health problems but it also reduce our stress after a hard-working day. In conclusion, it is true that playing sport is very helpful for us in many ways.
