38. Viết lại câu điều kiện. Giả sử một việc có thể xảy ra ở hiện tại hoặc tương lai, dùng điều kiện loại 1.

Đáp án: If you eat less meat, you won’t have high cholesterol in your blood.

If you eat A LOT OF/ MUCH meat, you will have high cholesterol in your blood.

          If you have high cholesterol in your blood, you MUST eat less meat.

39. Viết lại câu ở thể bị động với thì quá khứ đơn.

Đáp án: The rooms were filled with smoke when she wakes up.

40. Viết lại mệnh đề quan hệ với đại từ “whom”: đại từ đóng vai trò là tân ngữ cho động từ “meet”.  

Đáp án: The man whom I met on my way home yesterday is generous.
